Privacy Policy

Short version: we collect what you type into a form and ordinary analytics, we send quote requests only to roofers near the property, and we do not sell personal data to anyone else.

What we collect

• Quote requests: your name, phone, email if given, the ZIP code of the property, the kind of job, whether an insurance claim is involved, and your notes.
• Contact messages: your name, email, company if given, and message.
• With either form: the time, the page it was sent from, your IP address and browser type, kept to stop abuse.
• Analytics: Google Analytics 4 records page views and taps on phone numbers and roofer websites. Google Signals and ad personalisation are switched off. We do not run advertising trackers.

What we do with it

A quote request is forwarded to roofing companies based near the property so they can contact you about that job. That is the purpose of the form and the only use. We may be paid by a roofer for receiving a request. We do not sell or rent your details to data brokers, advertisers or anyone else.

How long we keep it

Form submissions are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted. Analytics data is kept for the retention period set in Google Analytics, 14 months.

Your choices

Ask us what we hold about you, or to delete it, through the contact form, and we will do it within 30 days. A roofer who has already received your request is a separate business; ask them directly as well.

Business listings

Company listings are built from public records: the Tennessee contractor and Home Improvement licence rosters, and each company's own Google Business Profile. We do not publish the email addresses the state roster carries. To correct or remove a listing, use the contact form.

Children

This site is not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date above changes with it.
