What this site is

A directory and a set of guides built from public records, each stamped with its source and the date it was read. Licence status is as of the roster date shown and can change the next day. Permit rules are quoted from each jurisdiction's own page and can change without notice. Confirm both with the state and the building department before you rely on them.

What it is not

Not an endorsement or recommendation of any company, not an inspection, not a warranty of anyone's work, and not legal, insurance or engineering advice. A listing marked verified held an active Tennessee licence on the date shown, and that is the whole claim. A listing with no licence found under its name is not a statement that the company is unlicensed.

Quote requests

When you submit a quote request you ask us to pass your details to roofing companies near the property, and you agree they may contact you about it by phone, text or email. Any contract you sign is between you and the roofer. We are not a party to it and are not responsible for their work, prices or conduct.

Accuracy and liability

We work to keep every fact sourced and current, and we fix errors when told. The site is provided as is, without warranties, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on it. Tennessee law governs these terms.

Using the content

The underlying public records belong to the public. The compilation, the guides and the presentation are ours; quote and link freely, but do not republish the directory wholesale or scrape it to build a competing one.
